One question, who did the paraphet, is it pre cast or casted at the top fresh ?
Is it better for Bricklayer to cast paraphet or get the people who cast german floor with machine to do it ?

Precast is good when you talk of straight, neat and beautiful parapet. But in-situ concrete of roof beams and parapet is better considering the strength, durability and last longer. But you needed a very good bricklayer like ours to get it straight, neat and beautifully. To cast roof beams and parapets may required mixing machine, which is better.

Thanks for the reply. I thought its a case of getting the wood formwork right and then everything else follows suit.
Also, if machine is rented, will they be able to complete it in a day ?
What is the mix ratio for in-situ casting ?

If you have an experience carpenter, that can get the formwork perfectly right. Also get a briclayer that is good in plaster.bricklayer that can perfect it and bring out the shape of the parapet with plastering. Then you can go for in-situ parapet.It can be done one day, depends on how big it is.
Get a caster.concrete workers.to cast the parapet.is better than to organize it by your self

babaeko1, please get a professional .its better, saver and you will get the best.
the professional knows what to do, how,and when.
my advice is. don't involve unprofessional in buying materials. it makes you spend double .and it may not give you better results..
it happened in one of my site the procurement of reinforcement bar and formwork materials was done by the office people. number one result is shortage in materials, bad material or rough. material. it makes you spend more. and give the .workers more work to do and stress the engineer also take more days
allow your engineer to buy quality material, at when it's needed. that is why we are here.

I have some questions for you.

What kind of pipes did you use for the plumbing mechanical works ? Enco imported pipes or local pipes. please state, lets assume the building is for commercial and budget is for medium class quality and not most expensive.

Lets assume that you have a carcass, i.e a house up till roofing (foundation, german floor, decking, blockwork and roofing with some mechanical work). What are the next stages until the house is ready for occupation i.e the stages/steps etc.

Were your window burglary proof done on the walls from inside or recess into the window blockwork ?

Was it Pop man that also did the design around the windows ?

Who installs cladding on outside ? Is that Tiler also ?

Do you recommend anyone for installation of tank tower ?
