And so! Where there no manual accreditation in many poling units again? Even in Lagos where people think the election would have been free and fair with a complete electronic accreditation in all poling units, it was so disappointing that more that 60% of the accreditation was done manually. So they are simply wasting thier time. It baffles me why APC want to take Akwaibom, Rivers by all means even when they knew they lost thier.

For those going on about card readers failure & consequently d resort to incidence form, they need to be reminded it wasnt d case for d governorship, just presidential & NA elections. Now this unfolding dramas would b interesting...

and if INEC said so, did you observed to see that happen. Except if u were not in Nigeria. Lagos alone, on the average never used electronic registration unlike what was experienced in the presidential. So don't try to justify biased journalism, propaganda and greed to win a state by force either because the have much wealth knowing fully well they are predominantly a PDP state.

Card reader rejected my finger print and the INEC officials resorted to manual accreditation, wht's the meaning of this news ?

I'd agree with everything you wrote except the third one. Manual registers were used during the gubernatorial elections. I voted via manual register since the card failed to recognize my thumbprint and I know of many others who did likewise. It is one thing for inec to say something ( in theory) it is another thing for it to be enforced. in fact enforcing that kinda rule would have led to anarchy. I don't believe that the manual register could make up such a large difference but it doesn't change the fact people voted via manual registers.

how in the world would the alternative number of registration by incident form be more than double the main approved card reader. Dont tell me 90% of the card reader failed. We knw the fraud, their is no state that didnt have low turnout. And u tell me akwa ibom, rivers got million of voters, When almighty kano of 4m could record less than 2m

I am not in doubt that PDP might have won in those states. My complain is that, they should have allowed themselves to win squarely instead of the gigantic rigging.
