Clean or replace spark plug; change oil too. Check the running speed if it's too low.

The gen supply is very low and no improvement after changing AVR.

Your engine will last longer and generator will run more effortlessly which might lead to less fuel consumption. You can stick with your SAE 40 if that's what you have been using.
