Having passed through the academy successfully, all the graduands are expected to be commissioned as Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs).

A final year student of Kogi State University identified as Joseph Apeh was allegedly shot dead by unknown gunmen after concluding his examination yesterday December 10.

The deceased who was allegedly gunned down after being trailed to the campus, was a final year student in the Department of English at the Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba. The gunmen that reportedly shot him at close range, rode on a motorcycle.

Joseph Apeh was confirmed dead after being rushed to Kogi State University Hospital.

A Ghanaian man identified as Osman Hafiz tied the nuptial knots with his 3 fiancees on November 23.

The wedding ceremony of Hafiz and his wives Yidana Sikena, Ali Karima and Yakubu Huzaima was held over the weekend at Walewale in the North East Region of Ghana. The event reportedly lasted for about an hour and a half.

The corpse is currently being removed from the well with crowd of sympathisers around. Efforts have been on manually to reduce water from the well to ease the removal of the corpse, But it's in vain. Community leaders are currently brainstorming on possible alternatives.

The victim stays around the area and is from emohua LGA in rivers state. Sadly, the corpse have been brought out and confirmed.

Police and ospac vigilantes have stepped in to quell the rampaging youths.

The deceased have been identified as Charity Ohaka. Her corpse was retrieved from the well bound hand and foot and wrapped in a bedsheet.
