I sent USDT with TRC20 network from binance to exness hoping I could withdraw to my local bank since there's no P2P again on binance.

Exness told me I am not yet eligible to do the transaction, so I think it's because I haven't traded on the platform before.


I withdrew it with the TRC20 network again to an exchange that has P2P and sold off.

I transferred from bybit to exness account (crypto wallet) and from crypto wallet to trading account and from trading account to my naira bank account which was rejected.

After exness rejected, I now transfered the usdt to palremit application and it was accepted to my bank account

I noticed that the account no. with successful transaction was not display , except for the failed one.

Please can we see your Exness history to the number you first withdraw to?, vs the current one on the screenshot that failed?

Just the first 3 digits of the number is enough proof.

Though I am doubting him somehow..because if it is true , they are supposed to allow him withdraw via the bank account he used to deposit or maybe exness have decided to stop allowing people to use your strategy unless if they trade with the money itself before withdrawing

I have doubt too. So it will be better if the Op can specify the withdrawal method he's using...

Bro if you have not funded from your local bank to Exness before, try doing that first before you can use that system for withdrawal. And make sure you are also verified with Exness ☝🏼

It faīled because you have not transfered from your bank account to fund your Exness account before..
So it was not recognized....
Follow this thread from beginning please to understand the process.
Exness only stores your funding systems for easy withdrawal to prevent fraudulent act, or someone else hacking your account.
