However, if all due process was followed, then Fashola cannot do anything about it really. He is not the house of assembly that approves the budget. Is 78 M too much? Well, the scope of work would be needed to determine that. However, I know developers who could make up to about N 30 M per year. Of course this is not in Nigeria.
