Omole wished her ears would just function well as she stared at her aunt. She didn't see the need to be special. Plans. Wishes. Desires. All wouldn't come true because she was special. She hated how special she had gone.

Her eyes were sick of crying as they watched whatever was happening. The strained tears on her cheek didn't betray her luck. She wasn't allowed in the meeting but she could see her aunt varicose veins pulsate and throb rapidly from the little apperture in the curtain. That only meant she was having a heated conversation. Her heat eyes weren't helping - they were blazing cubebs. Aunt Isoka had taken her on the trip twice in the past fortnight. She was feeling they had not enough interests in her. But they had to; they were her relatives afterall. Her aunt surely didn't deserve heated eyes after her troubles.

Omole knew she never belonged there.

Aunt Isoka got up grimly and hissed, her brown gown flowing wise with her like a stream. 'I am very disappointed in you, Elder,' she spat in Efik. 'I am not asking for anything from anyone. I only asked us to be ambitory towards her. Towards our sister's daughter. What do I get?' she spread her hands aside like pea butter on stove. She didn't want to say anymore or didn't see the need to. She stomped out and met her fraught niece blubbing. She couldn't hold the tears back either. She burst in tears and her heat eyes smothered. She hugged Omole and tried to console her. But both just were crying their hearts out. Love at it's peak.

They didn't realize the others were still there.

Three months in nine months wouldn't raise her stomach to heaven stairs. Some even used months exceeding. Omole would complete the class she was in first.

She was determined.

i think the aunt should take omole to the doctor and find means of terminating it so far its still at the early stage, so the doc will knw better and even the paternity of d baby is nt knwn after that she can further her education

I really don't read stories like this but I'm kinda hooked to this. It's been a nice story so far and I'm glad you've followed some of the advices given to you by some literary gurus such as larrysun. Well done.
