This is the deplorable state of a part of the Lawanson Itire road in Surulere (Ramoni Bus stop) that has gradually been washed up by flood caused by blocked and overfilled gutters. Necessary authorities should look into it. More photos after the cut....

My own opinion : Local government is useless

The only project my local government did in the last government dispensation was to buy us three tippers of sand to help us fill our small field wey boys dey use keep body and soul together

Now my question is are they paid to just sit down in their office, cos me never see my local government chairman before o nd they call him local

If a road in Itire Surulere is like this, how do you imagine the hinterlands roads in Lagos

Take a visit to VI, Obalende, Ikoyi and see the sorry state of Lagos road you will fear for the criminals looting our treasury and making deafening noises of 'Lagos is working'. undecided

The deplorable state of 90% of Lagos State road calls for International investigation and probing considering the level of both local and foreign debt allegedly used for infrastructural development.

Lagos IGR covers well above 70% of her annual budget, despite that, Lagos rank as one of the most indebted state in Africa, not considering her share of allocation from the federation account.

AD => AC => ACN=> and now APC SIXTEEN years rule of Lagos is a complete disaster.

Buhari MUST probe this. angry

Nigeria sucks

Before you blame the contractor, do you know the sharing formula for the allocated project fund?

Referencing the 78 Million Naira BRF website maintenance where the vendor received only 10 Million.
