For the Carpenters and every other aspect of our construction, Once I Draft my design, its handed over and duly explained to the site Engineer/Supervisor, who then presents it to the artisan to create, with thorough supervision of the whole process. So the most important party in my construction processes is the Supervisors. And trust me those can be a lot of headache for me, but gradually they are getting there.
