Firstly I don't know your location but charging over 300k as labor to plaster the internal walls is excessive even if he's including the added service of shinning the walls according to him.

I have a quote of less than 450k(which I am hoping to negotiate to your own figure) for 1no 2-bed, 2no -1bed and 1-bed sitter all ensuite. This cost include fixing of the burglary, hand railings for the balconys and two different stairways, internal door posts for wooden doors in sango otta.

I'll advice you ask around in your vicinity. Again, workmen based on how skilled they are bill higher than others. Some will work for you at a high cost and still deliver nonsense as finishing.
