If it is an international flight-mak sure each of ur bag/luggage does nt exceed 50kg....spilt them evenly..

That is even worse. Those luggage handlers occasionally rifle through bags, you may end up having your cash stolen if not the whole bag.

Nigerians and their inferiority complex, what's wrong in someone being a bit confused as a first timer in a place (airport), whatever that isn't clear to you ask for help from anyone even your co-traveler. Most of the people you're traveling with are sane people, especially, when your flight is international. The only problem are the rogues called immigration officers looking to take advantage of naive travelers.
And this is the mentality of black people: taking advantage of themselves, making things difficult for themselves, this same mentality that's giving you (the traveler) inferiority complex already. Like someone said he felt embarrassed when taught how to fasten a seat belt, imagine!. So even the molders of the Airbus can't have problem with a seat belt?

Note: I wouldn't have come hard on this topic if it's about people sharing experiences of traveling by air, but I see most people here are just ostensibly making it seem as something of a class beyond an average person. Which I think is the same mentality that's bedeviling Nigeria today.

Those private agency working with those airlines go first enter you, like madam you don't have a yellow card even though you are going to Togo, my advice is just that make sure you arrive earlier, knows where your check in cOunter is and have all required documents to fly.

I left for the airport straight from my friends wedding, the table knife I used to slice her cake was right in my handbag, as my bag passed thru the scanner behold the knife and dat was the end of the knife. then in the aircraft I stylishly used my experience frm the luxurious buses I had entered previously to sort myself out and also eagerly watching and copying others. lols!

There is always a first time at anything. Mine was thinking carrying ordinary soap case in my hand luggage wouldn't be anything as my sister who is a pro has already warned me about any liquid substance but they still insisted I re-pa ck my bag. My sister was furious as she gave me the" I no tell u" look.
