Recently,the issue of teenagers sending multimedia messages across has quickly become a thing of concern for parents and regulatory authorities,teenagers now use their mobile phones to send kidporn and nude photos,they even download pictures and videos of such on their mobile phones,this is not excluding of some adult who display such pictures and videos on their phones and computers.
