It's hard getting a visa to Mexico, however you can use Schengen, UK , usa, Canada or Japan visa to travel to Mexico.

Your uber app will work but don’t rely on it too much as it might start rejecting your Nigerian card or requesting CPF.

There are taxis at the airport. They have a stand where you’ll check your distance, calculate your fare and pay before you start your trip. They are more reliable for foreigners who do not speak Portuguese.
