You have got to love democracy. . . . . even if it's within three dictators. All animals are equal but some are more equal than others. |

Re: The Movie Club by v3: 1:12pm On Aug 17, 2010 |
2010 has been a year of well, NOT SO GOOD movies but in 'INCEPTION'. .we have one of 'the' best movies of 2010! Well, I did get good service for my money cause TBH i'm the 'not too comfy sitting in a spot for too long type of person' BUT **shakes head and chuckles**,this flick had me strapped to my seat for over 3 hours (Had to watch it twice) . I don't need to go knee-deep but the one thing i did REALLY enjoy was the plot, each character had a story and FOR REAL, FOR REAL. . taking a bathroom break when watching this movie comes at your own peril. Hold it in darnit! Chris Nolan DID take me/us on a joyride into the unknown. .full of mind-twisting,pulsating suspence and did i love EVERY minute of it. Great Cast to mention a few things All in all, tis a great movie. . but joor o, please have a clear head/thought and be 100% focused when watching this movie. I hate movies with predictable endings Rating - 9/10 v3 |
Re: The Movie Club by v3: 1:25pm On Aug 17, 2010 |
@JK I've been good brov, dis MCITP read/lecture thingy is taking most of my time, but it's good to have you back @JeSoul Vesucci knows what i'm talking about and i won't go easy on him o'er there. @op Maybe watch 'The Expendables' this weekend |
Re: The Movie Club by vescucci(m): 3:18pm On Aug 17, 2010 |
@JK. Lol. When you're done with Goodluck, I have a contract waiting for you. @V3. There can be only one V. INCEPTION The movie title on its own wins some points with me. Say it again. INCEPTION. INCEPTION. Oooh, reminds me of Mufassa. The cast like V for villain, V3 said is impeccable but I wasn't entirely satisfied with Watanabe's performance. Asides from other things, I wish he was more of the genteel Asian than the westerner he was. The performances were all above average and none stands out in contrast with any other. I'm sure I'll be in the minority by saying that the film could've been much better if it had taken a bit longer to complete. The plot is the best thing about the film and even though you know what the plan is from the onset, you still have to pay attention or you won't know whether you're in someone's REM world or in real life. In order not to say everything and leave something for others to say, I rate it 90%. I almost never watch a film twice. Inception is an exception, pun intended. If by next year someone decides to make a series out of the Inception idea, I'll accept adoration for my prophetic attributes then. You're free to start now if you like. Lol. |
