^^busy JK. Busy busy and then busy.

Lemme drop a bitsize review of MOF . . . imagine if every child had a bodyguard like "Creasy", they would all grow up happy, safe and well. Dakota Fanning was great, Denzel was slick and ruthless and on point. Overall a nice watch. I rate 85%.

Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction is a terrific film cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy . Filled with dynamite action, great dialogue, and great characters. Also, great acting, directing and writing. And who can forget that memorable dance sequence and Samuel L. Jackson speech. It has loyalty among low lifes, and many other odd characters that are all bad and not one is a villain or hero. It is creative, inventive, funny, dramatic and the best (of Tarantino).
Re: The Movie Club by kobikwelu(m): 9:58am On Jul 21, 2010
what i would never forget is L. JACKSON's bible quote of terror and his eyeballs, with his afro grin grin grin grin grin grin

the dialogue in this film is wonderful and the camera angles, priceless,

and very very funny,

the choices of songs for the movie is beyond reproach!!!!

score, 5/5 cool cool cool cool
Re: The Movie Club by vescucci(m): 10:26am On Jul 21, 2010
Didn't expect any less from kobikwelu.

Pulp Fiction. 16 years ago, this crazy bespectacled guy created this spectacular piece of maverick film. A fine blend of mini stories interwoven into each other into a perfect tapestry of great dialogue, beautiful acting and wonderful filming. A cast literally filled to the brim with stars, though back then they'd have paid their fortune tellers way more money if they could see themselves now. Samuel L. Jackson stands out for me and so does Harvey Keitel. The story, a mix of not so great stories on their own, came together like a Beethoven symphony. The Tarantula managed to show himself too. Crazy demented tarantula. Without further ado, I give the film 90percent!
Re: The Movie Club by kobikwelu(m): 2:12pm On Jul 21, 2010
^^^^^^^

90 percent  shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked

lol

the film was actually what saved john travolta's career as it was heading south before then,

the camera angles in the film  ******
Re: The Movie Club by obinna5000(m): 3:23pm On Jul 21, 2010
"Pulp Fiction" (1994)  smiley I never get tired of watching it despite it being 16 years old.
One of Quentin Tarantino's best film that was nominated for a Best Picture Oscar and won the Palm d'Or at the 1994 Cannes Films Festival.
All the characters in this movie are on point from Vincent Vega (John Travolta), Jules Winnefeld (Samuel L. Jackson), Butch (Bruce Willis) and Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman).
With a good combination of dark humor, action and drama, Pulp Fiction proves to be one of Quentin Tarantino's best work.

I give it a 90% rating.
