Lol, I stopped helping riders with their bags long long ago. I only use sir/ma over the phone and when you're visibly way older than me.
Riders these days have gone completely berserk. Imagine one fool took me to a barber shop, asked me to wait while he cuts his hair. The annoying part is he didn't even tell me or ask if I could wait. I found out he was cutting his hair after waiting for over 30mins.
I jejely took his bag to him in the salon and ended the trip.

Na wa! That's horrible truly. Even before joining the platform I respect drivers 100% and I have not really gotten any cause to complain about poor treatment too. As far as I am riding along I sit in front beside the driver. I don't ever feel comfortable sitting behind alone and feeling like what?

I quite agree with you.
frugal:

It's self esteem issues.

Have you noticed that wealthy riders always treat you with respect? They see you as equals, which truthfully you are. Especially riders based outside the country. I speak from experience cos I drive too every once in a while when I need to exercise.

Only unexposed riders treat you otherwise. Again, self esteem ish - not used to the idea of being driven around like a boss.

But i dont think the manufacturer designed the car for commercial. My manual said 5w30 but i think this is too light for the kind of work the car will do so i do Total 5000 quartz which is slightly thicker. Else, i will be changing oil every 2 or 3wks with about 10k.

franksam2009:
check ur car Manual or engine oil cover, that's d thickness of d oil the manufacturer wants you to use,. Any other oil is not eligible

oga you are really funny, it doesn't work the way you are thinking,. The manufacturer that gave u 5w-30 have researched and tested that engine in both cold and hot condition in a lab and then selected an oil the best suits the engine... Also learn how to calculate oil den u will know how u are killing ur engine ,,,,. Lemme teach u something, that "5""w" means winter(cold) while the 30 means hot,,,,,..
Wen the engine or oil is cold it automatically gets light(5w),. So wen u turn on ur engine it will travel fast to d necessary parts in less than 25 sec, and wen u start driving it gets hot and thickens to "30" and still do it's work, ,. .
I will use XHP example cos I Don't know d size of d total.....
XHP is "20w"50" wen it cold it's gets too thick ND won't travel to all necessary parts fast, and wen it gets too hot it gets thickens to "50 and can easily build slugs if not changed on time and it's thinkness can damage seals and ur engine won't be able to use the normal 5w-30 again cos of already bad seals,. Why do you think foreigners use these cars for over 15years without problem,. But once the car enters naija it won't last even 2 years be4 it dies completely lol ..
I won't comment on this oil matter again oo,. Use whateva u wish

Oil doesn’t become light and later thickened o! It’s just the viscosity level that has been made to suit both extreme temperatures(cold/hot)..it’s light enough for the oil pump to quickly circulate it in cold weather, and it’s also not too light in extreme hot weather...it still retains its viscosity, hence protecting the engine components from immediate wear and tear. The numbers 5w 30, 0w 20...etc...simply represents its viscousity. It ain’t no magician!

Ok sir...
One question...what makes the oil automatically become thick and later become light..like you claim? Is there a component inside the oil that does this? Or is it inside the engine? You just believe you know it all...don’t you?
