D - the disabled fella. Because he's incapacitated and it would be more arduous for him to stand. The pregnant lady with the baby and the elderly are more fit, healthy and can stand.

The scrawny-looking guy...He looks like death already nd most definitely cannot afford to be on his feet any much longer....The mother can hold her baby-she looks fit for that,plus d baby wouldn't be affected. The old lady can manage to stay on her feet-she's not a hundred nd 50yrs old, plus she's got her stick...Well,d guy with d crutches and bandaged leg is one person I'd av considered offering my seat to,buh d wounded leg is suspended, he's young nd so shouldn't be so frail n then again,he's got hz crutches for support....
