I would have felt sorry for them if not for the fact every single diasporan I ever met felt I was inferior to him simply because he lived abroad.

This falls on the Nigerian government for accepting them. It is unlawful to deport folks like that on a chartered flight.

A lot of the folks they have been sending back to Nigeria since the Tories came to power have been in the UK since they were kids, and they also have kids. All they know is the UK and they are not illegal immigrants. A lot of them just committed serious crimes and once you have been to prison for more than 18months now, if you are not born in the UK - the home office will cancel ya legal status.

A few people I grew up with have also been sent back cos of jail and they were never illegal immigrants. Nigeria is to blame. How these folks will assimilate into a country they haven't been to since they were between age 1-7 is still a mystery to me.

Really? How come this new tories policy was not in any news. Man this is an eye opener, i better let some of my guys know because they are Really dodgy guys.

I ve always said that david cameron and his tory governments are Racists. Then again these guys may have done serious crimes that deserve deportation

You want me to Cite example of minor deported alone or with parents?

I never said minors are deported alone but anyway have fun and don't insulting people simply because they disagree with you.

you are right all along, for some reason that guy do not know what he is arguing about.

How ever me thinks he seems to believe that because people have lived in the UK since they were kids ages 1 to adult they could not be deported. I believe they can, unless on the ground of compassion like you have asserted in your earlier post.

He also keep mentioning NI card as if that's relevant, having NI card is no exemption from deportation, people with full UK driving licence and NI card can be and have been deported.

I subsequently believe you live in the UK.so for that guy to suggest you haven't been to the UK i couldn't comprehend.

- we need to open an emergency centre and take stock - region by region ( the respective state government should be responsible)
- we need to check for Ebola patients in this first batch and also take their fingerprints at the point of entry.
- Telcos should open a free contact centre so that individuals can keep in touch with their families and relatives (MTN should take note)
- we need to open a counselling centre to educate them that "No place like home."
- the kids/children in this first batch should be taken care of immediately including providing diapers, meals etc
- banks should approach the returnees for account opening
- Olx can approach them so that they can dispose off their assets electronically including tablets, laptops, wears etc
- The Ministry of Information and Culture should publish the names of the returnees in leading media houses (print and electronic).

Nice suggestions...

If only our govt listens

They violate the terms of their legal status by committing crime. now whose fault is that. To be honest emotionally I feel bad for them, but the law is the law. You gotta respect the law.

Hahahaaaa...
Your problem has even been compounded by trailers now ooo.
You can only ride bicycle from Airport to Sagamu. All roads in Eko are under lockdown

As per the $6000, you go wait till next year when the Chanji gofernment start paying jobless people $5000/month. Did I say $5000 shocked
