Ilovemystate:stop calling. Everything you see a shopping mall. Most of them are just glorified supermarkets which other tribes are also into. How many can compare to shoprites? And who said they will steal businesses from ibos? Do ibos deal in retail goods like shoprite? Is it not clothes from aba and electronics you guys major in in lagos? Ilovemystate:Am telling you about the future of marketing and retail sales, you are here saying jumia and konga don't threaten your kin's businesses. Electronics is my line and I know the rate at which your brothers complain that jumia is taking away the attention of their customers with their cheap prices and delivery services. Instead of you ibos to admit that there is a problem, you ego won't allow you cos you feel other tribes will laugh at you if you do. With shoprite opening stores at high rate in the country and walmart coming in, retail business that deal with consumer/perishable goods will feel the huge effect. The growing rate of online retail will also tell on stores selling their kind of products, stores like jumia, kinga, dealdey, payporte, jiji, effritin etc. That is the simple fact I want you to admit and even look for ways to adapt into such. But yet you decided to satrt acting as if someone is trying to hold the ibos down. If in future their retail business do no sell, you start to complain of marginalisation, yet youi forgot you failed to go electronics like most people are doing now. Pls stop posting those pictures cos such structures can be found in all nooks and crannies of Nigeria, from ogbomosho to warri, from akwa ibom to zamfara. It's nothing new or fascinating 2 Likes 1 Share |

babyfaceafrica:thank you jare. That is the problem of the ibo man. They never want to admit a simple thing just because of their bloated ego. They continue in that deceit until reality slaps them in the face at the late hour. That's when they now start screaming marginalisation. Am into electronics supply. We supply for a top name in electronics. Home theatre, TV of all sizes, refrigerators, microwave, washing machines etc are what we do. I know the rate at which my dealers complain to us to stop selling to jumia cos jumia sells way cheaper than them which makes most customers prefer to go online to do business there. I usually tell them we can't stop selling to jumia cos they buy at huge bulk and their market moves faster that the dealers who just pile our products in their stores for dust to cover. I as a supplier of electronics almost bought an Home theatre from Jumia resently when I realised they still sold at a cheaper price while we the suppliers just increased our supply price. That's to show you the power of online retail. These egoistic kids won't learn. 3 Likes 1 Share |

bloodyBLOGGER: You shouldn't get worked up over the Igbo people who don't know about your existence and are in no way related to your people. It makes no sense trying to cook up illusions against a people who have chosen to chart a new course for themselves. Try selling your goods to some other people. 2 Likes |

bloodyBLOGGER:the shop was there before shop rite came, the online stores are here now with a thousand bucks differentials to what you can get in Eze and Bros Electronic shop. The kongas and. Jumia of today are still no threat to the igbo man business. I still prefer having a feel and touch of a product before buying it. The Igbo man will still be there waxing stronger even without crude oil 3 Likes |

bloodyBLOGGER: First of all, Buhari was not a democratic president as was stipulated in the 1979 constitution which he should have adhered to. He's a coupist and a traitor to the nation according to 1979 constitution and still deserves to die by firing squad for toppling a democratically elected president. But let us even assume he was democratically elected in 1983, the constitution clearly states that such benefits should come from the office of the SGF. The millions of naira and cars that he received from clearly an unconstitutional source makes him a primary suspect in the swindling of the nation, and must be investigated once he leaves office 4 Likes |

PROVACATEUR:mr man, it's not your field, so you can't know what's on ground. You prefer to have a feel of a product before buying it. Is that why you want to pay a huge sum when you can get that same product at a cheaper rate and delivered to your doorstep from an online store? Smart people now walk into those stores of yours to check out the products and have a feel in the guise of buying but end up buying online where it is cheaper. |

bloodyBLOGGER:I'm laughing at your shallow brain, do you think the Igbo man depends on that 5k you come in to spend in his shop? He engages in "supply" which he sends to other Igbo men in other places who in turn sells to people who don't give a cent about jumia or konga. There is a business model the Igbo man uses which you are never thought in schools. Don't cry for the Igbo man rather focus on your OLX scam 3 Likes |

bloodyBLOGGER: Your statement is filled with anger, hate and envy..what do you mean by glorified supermarkets. Ebeano supermarket is far better than any konga, jumai or what evers. Do you expect me to browse just to buy consumables? Shoprites deals with consumables same as any igbo mega super markets, there is also one factor.. proximity, if you understand what proximity means when it comes to supermarkets then you will shut your trap... no matter what u say or rant, igbos will always be the leaders in economics..idiot! 4 Likes |

bloodyBLOGGER:Pele. Pay a visit to alaba international and you will be awed at the business being done there in the name of supply. The average Igbo businessman in kano will rather patronise his folk in Alaba rather than that Lebanese because of the incentives he enjoys. The Lebanese and the Chinese have been there competing with the Igbo man for business and so it shall be till uwa mmebi. We call it in Igbo "I biri ka m biri" 5 Likes |

bloodyBLOGGER: Ive been reading your post, you have envy and you habour deep hate for the igbos, if I may ask, what has your ethnic group achieved? you have been saying shit ever since this thread began, you are not igbo so u don't know what it feels like to be igbo... you idiot, come to the island and see igbo men displaying wealth, blenco just opened in ajah, but yall have been seeing that empty piece of land, but as soon as an igboman builds a supermarket, you end up labelling it shit, havent you notice that the igbo man adjust very quick, we are building mega stores, we have a car manufacturing company, doesnt it tell you that we are always ahead in thinking, be happy that u got us in nigeria. Fool, even if crude oil slumps to 10 $ we will still survive, Gas is the future moreover, igbo states have the biggest onshore gas reserves in the country, it is cheaper to drill onshore than off shore, ask any petrochemical engineer 1 Like 1 Share |

PROVACATEUR:you see why I say you nothing about it cos it's not your field? The chinese, lebanese and indians are the ones that supply your ibo brothers their wares. Who do you think owns fouani nig and Sims nig? Google that to see that they are the ones supplying LG, samsung, generators etc to your brothers and at incentives. Your brothers are just retailers and not suppliers. The foreigners are not in competition with you guys cos they are the ones supplying you. bloodyBLOGGER: Do u know waht proximity means when setting up a market, answer that, since u have labeled ebeano and blenco as glorified supermarkets. U said shoprite have taken over the market, do u expect me to drive from ajah to jakande to buy just consumables when blenco is close by or do u expect me to drive frm chevron to jankande when ebeano is just a stone throw, think na, think!!!
