MJ died of cardiac arrest and not heart attack. Nobody has survived a cardiac arrest.

I think MJ died as a result of the complications that resulted from the plastic surgery he did at a young age. He wanted to be seen and regarded as  white when other black Americans where busy fighting the discrimination against them by the whites. Today we can see that a black man is the US president. If he had the premonition that a black can be president just like Martin Luther jr predicted perhaps he would have been contempted with his color.However there is nothing we can do now.
