I sincerely condemn this act, especially considering d kind of emotional n psychological torture d parents n children underwent not to talk of extensive abuse. I really wish proper investigation is done. We might be surprised by d outcome of d investigation.

The CBN governor claimed 10% of Nigerians will b affected by cashless policy. I still don't get the CBN governor's maths. In my view, I believe the persons affected directly are majorly businessmen who will b smart enough to let this losses trickle down to end consumers( affected indirectly).
CBN gov shouldn't b looking at 10%, rather d end consumers at this time of hard economy.

Cashless n u r discouraging depositing in d bank? In my opinion, if they r truly interested in cashless n not fund raising, then depositing should b encouraged n withdrawal should b discouraged more.

Note: a business person finds it hard to reject cash for goods n services offered especially wen d seller or service provider is at d disadvantage.

Our economic expert should know better that this charges will trickle to d bottom ( d masses) cos a good business person doesn't make loss, he will rather spread d loss on his consumer. So it is d consumers that r charged by cbn aside VAT.

I am continuously bothered about it, I just can't wake up before 6:00am, my parents have complained about it, they say I am a lazy child they tell me I won't make it in life if I don't change.

It depressing, my self esteem deteriorates, I have tried everything I know like loud alarms, going to bed early, sleeping in a particular position but they don't work.

I can't even wake up at night too, please if you have any suggestion kindly drop it here.

Don't push urself too hard on this. Success is not born out of ur lenght of sleep. A sound body n mind is a gift u most appreciate n it is d mother of all successes. U need a sound mind to make good decisions in life. If u can sleep less to attain sound state of mind n body, d better,But if u cant sleep less, sleep till u r fine(if ur schedules permits u). I know people who wake earlier but get depressed easily n make irrational decisions n so r people who wake late but make brilliant ideas. Forget about our motivational speakers, if it works 4 dem doesn't mean it will work 4 u.

I don't get! R dey refunding d subscription fee cos I paid for d plan n dey scrapped off my 4 gig just like dat. Dey can't rob 1 of his money n feel cool to announce it!

I subscribed to the new MTN Data plan of 2,000 naira for 3.5gig yesterday. I'm on the Bettertalk plan which gives me triple of every recharge so I got 4,000 naira bonus upon recharge.

I did the subscription while still having the bonus intact. Now according to a Customer Care representative when I enquired sometime ago, I was told that if you subscribe to any data plan on Bettertalk, before your
data starts getting deducted they would start deducting from the bonus airtime for any internet-related activity. That is however true from my previous data subscription with MTN when I used to do the 4.5 gig for 2,500 Naira.

For the past 20 hours I have made calls and used the Internet all of which were charged from my 4,000 nara bonus airtime.

Late into the evening, I checked my data balance and I had my full 3.5gig intact and I saw another 700mb for night plan. I disregarded that as system error and went about my own normal business.

I used the Internet for a while and about three hours later, I wanted to see if they had started deducting from my data and Lo! I saw I had 615mb left.

I didn't download. In fact I made sure I didn't download because I wanted to ensure I used a substantial amount of the airtime to make calls.

How on earth did I spend 2.9 gig in three hours?

I called Customer Care and they were quoting some nonsensical thousands of kilobytes that I used.

My phone is telling me otherwise. No matter the difference in the data usage calculations, it shouldn't be that much. Screenshot attached.

This is a huge inconvenience from MTN. 2,000 Naira might be meagre but this is unacceptable.

This is not my first time of subscribing on this phone for different data plans. Why is this different? I am not going to accept this.

Am glad u raised dis issue. This was also done to my 4gig wc I got tru subscribing for 9t plan
. All customer care could say was their system ain't coming up 4 d 4 separate times I called them. This is fraud n Mtn should b a shame of stealing from their subscribers.
