Hi ,
i need you to advice me on how to identify a good engine for my car. i drive a toyota camry 97model (Tiny rear light lik our people in Ladipo call it).
i am planning to change the engine. the present engine has this funny crank shaft noise, d oil pump isnt working properly and the gear selection doesnt respond as fast as i want it to.
i was told there are 2 types of engine for the car 3s and 5s. 5s being the better. how do i identy the 5s engine, how much will it cost comin in from cotonou.
i knw i should go with my mech to check it out but i want to have an idea before he dupes me. he told me the boral of d engine is 70k but i got a full engine with the gear box for same 70k at ladipo but the seller says he will collect my old engine. i told my mech about it and he says they are tryin to play a fast one on me.

Good infrastructure, Jobs, Light, Security, Housing, Good health care system just like we admire in other country.

We all come here as typing tigers to curse and bring down d room but can't effect any change around our immediate environment.

Girlfriend, this is not the western world where a 1yr old child can call 911 and get his/her parent arrested.

irrespective of our ages, i believe we all need a sense of check and balance to guide in our daily life.
you mentioned somewhere in your post that the next day your dad went on like nothing happened, were you expecting he will come to you to apologise or talk about what he saw in your phone?
i believe he got all the info and it doesn't change the fact that he trusts you.

you are complaining about dad doing it. we will look out for when you have a boyfriend who does same or a husband who does same and you will run to NL to complain (thats is if NL is still in existence then).

i will do same to my children if i feel the need to but they wont know i do it.

For Christ Sakes, WHY IMPORT WASTE BINS?. our waste here in Nigeria are very TOXIC.
y not  get all the plastic companies in nigeria (OKplast, etc), give them a sample of the one intended for importation and have them make a replica.
now if we are afraid it will be of low quality (trust nig comapanies), put the Standard Organisation of Nig on their back side. (i knw they can be bought over also).
the waste bin's we use in other parts of nigeria, are they imported also?
My point is y send the money out wen we can manufacture same here.

It's really healthy just don't add too much milk or sugar to sweeten it and you will be fine.

I often make mine with water and add blueberries or strawberries to sweeten. Sometimes I put in a it of honey too and stay clear of milk and sugar altogether.

As someone above said, it is great for lowering cholesterol and also keeps you feeling full for longer. That plus it is low in calories (without milk or sugar) low in fat.
