I think one necessary thing when it comes to lecturing is your contribution to issues related to your discipline. You might have to do alot of writings and if possible public speaking, that way the school will realize your value

8. Get an accountability partner - Someone you can open up to on your goals

9. Take it easy with yourself- Don't overtask yourself. Set a few achievable tasks once you achieve them, take some REST.
