why would a sane coach pick up to 4 goal keepers to one tournament??

A tournament with just 7 matches at maximum. What was he thinking

Emenalo won’t see all Chelsea players on loan, they have a loan manager or so. The eagles under Rohr had a team scout, his job was to watch and monitor all potential SE players so I’m not sure it’s the job of the TD to watch every potential players
Oga, the loan manager gives a weekly report on all players and submit to the technical director. Everything virtually falls at the desk of the TD. Saying he doesn't know a player is a very careless statement smirking of gross incompetence, worthy of getting relieved of his job.
Wasn't the technical committee at one point supposed to vet the players invited by Rohr? How can he vet the players when he doesn't know them?

I remember that Tunisia penalty shootout in AFCON 2006. Kanu was hiding from taking one - was a bit embarrassing for such a big player, even after a 18-year-old Mikel had stepped-up and taken one.

Yobo had to yell at Kanu to go take one..Eguavoen too. grin grin

He had only went to one Afton, and World Cup, correct me if am wrong,

all same, I blame Eohr for still insisting on him, If Rohr would had reached decision, and let him be, we won't be here talking about him,

it is well,

How many Euros and World Cup did Vardy go for before he retired?

If you bloom late, you will naturally only have one AFCON and World Cup in you....sometimes, none sef.

If he had respected himself and rejected invitation, we would have been talking about him right now, but in a much more positive light.

I pray not because separatist militia did worse than this in Angola but Afcon went on..on Covid, clinical measures and procedures have been put in place by Caf and Cameroon government has increased the security apparatus to secure lives and property.

This Afcon might be cancelled if care is not taken, Covid and Amazonian are both threatening it,

just this Morning there was a bomb blast in Lima, abi it's limba where Tunisia and group F will be playing

So Rohr added Nwakali to the initial list?

Do you really think that Rohr makes the whole no list by himself, without the influence and manipulation of a myriad of officials in and out of the NFF..

Please wake up we are Nigerians we know our DNA.

Doesn't seem like it.. As long as there's a hierarchy..
Eguavon is the technical adviser, Salisu is chief coach, Yobo and Aigbohun are assistant coaches, Agu is goalkeeper coach and the last guy, I don't remember his role....

In any other nation with a half level of integrity and honesty. Under no circumstances would you see the Chief Thief being the Chief Coach.

We are very acceptable of corruption even when someone has been indicted we still give them opportunity , what message does that send to people.

We should make sure we win our group oo!! A second place in our group will make us face group E winner. That is either Algeria or Ivory coast

Fun fact
1. The last time Egypt/Nigeria opened a group phase match against Egypt, the eagles lost 3-1 to Egypt with Ogbuke(obasi) scoring Nigeria's only goal
2. The last time Nigeria opened a group phase match against Carlos Quieros the Egyptian current coach it ended 0-0, when he was managing Iran @ d 2014 FIFA WC

Predict your the Nigerian - Egypt game slated for Tuesday

I like the fact that Eguavoen is classifying Iwobi as a midfielder and not a forward. The midfield, to me is Iwobi best position for the team.
My expectations are optimal

Kudus is not going to AFCON. Also, Kamaldeen is not a midfielder! Partey, Wakaso, and Iddrisu is a pretty average midfield in my estimation. Duncan and Schulup should have been called up! Nigeria's midfield is one of the best in this AFCON.

You should know that designation is not rigid in football with players playing two or three positions with excellence.

Iwobi is classed as both Winger and midfielder.

Saka plays LB, LW and Left side midfield what would you call him ? Eberechi Eze plays wing and Midfield football is not so rigid if you are a good player. Kamaldeen also plays midfield.

Idrissu is pretty average according to you and if he is pretty average. Sometimes I use transfer interest as an indicator of how well a player is doing.

Idrissu the average player is wanted by Everton and this very average player could bench Iwobi the way things are going at Everton.

I don't think we have one of the best Midfields in AFCON by any stretch of the imagination.

Ndidi is better than many midfielders from other teams ,but I can’t say of Aribo and onyeka sha but they are still better than many sha

I can’t really say we have the best midfield at afcon sha ,but we have a decent midfield in ndidi onyeka and Aribo

So any player that’s wanted by Everton is not average ? I hail your knowledge .

And kamaldeen is not a midfielder ,stop arguing what you don’t know oga Kome ,he has never played as a midfielder self

Is Desser willing to come? Will his club release him?

Of course they club will release him he only played 90 minutes once this season, he is not that important to the club.

He is not outstanding this season at Feyenoord, they have three players who have scored 11, 10 and 7 goals in the Eredivisie.

Cyril has scored 4 from 14 games he has very little game of time coming on as a sub in all his games apart from one.

Ighalo didn't lose out because he doesn't deserve it. Instead of talking out of point you should be worried. Circumstances gave them the opportunity even though they are not sure starters

Ighalo inclusion is justified.

You think nwakali would have played for arsenal if he had he work permit ?

Some people here think so.

Arsenal did not apply for a work permit for him, he trained with the youth team and even the first team. They found no quality and did not bother with him.

All players are important to their club

Dessers has score some winning goals that gave them 3 points from the bench

Nobody asked you to speak if he is important or not ,your little opportunity to talk down on dessers
