Let me praise Danny Parejo who started the build up
To that chukwueze and giovanni lo celso

Parejo is one of the most underrated midfielder in Europe ,why did conte loan out lo celso from spurs?

And mehn Chuks too try for that goal ,so composed ,there are many strikers that will miss that goal he scored
Lo Celso really burst my brain. Opening up for the pass, shrugging of Davies and finding the pass! That's a midfielder

Ndidi , onyeka , Nwakwali , iwobi, aribo and any midfielder who has other midfielders or forward players who drop deep around him can have brilliant build up like Dani Parejo..

that goal started with Estupinan to Parejo to Lo celso to Moreno to Chukwueze.

Another thing to note is Gerard Moreno drops deeper than the opposition defense line and sometimes to midfield then runs with the ball with the intention to pass or cross into the box or shoot at the goalkeeper..

Another thing to note is that the Super Eagles formation has less midfielders than Villareal's formation and build-up for the S.E is usually from the full-backs or defenders to the wingers to the strikers or the wingers take the shots and NOT from the full-backs to midfielders to another midfielder to winger to striker to another winger then winger or striker takes the shot..

Villareal had four midfielders on the pitch Capoue, Lo Celso , Parejo and Coquelin, In their formation, Lo Celso can also make forward runs and temporarily play as a winger or right wing forward role and Parejo also makes forward runs and plays a central forward role.

for the Chukwueze goal, Coquelin had been substituted for Pedraza who is a winger but can also play as a left back this also means he can play as a left midfielder and even if he wasn't involved in the build up to the goal.. Villareal still technically had 4 midfielders on the pitch or at least 3 midfielders on the pitch..

these 4 Villareal midfielders drop deep to help the defense that's why they could build up like that, If it was in the Super Eagles there will be nobody in Lo Celso's position to receive the ball then pass to Moreno , so Dani parejo ( or the S.E midfielder ) will have to use a long ball over the opposition midfield and defense to get the ball to Moreno's position and since its a long ball it means the opposition defenders can head the ball away..

what the Dani Parejo pass to Lo Celso means is that at least one opposition player will be drawn out of position to get the ball from Lo Celso and there were 3 Bayern players on Dani Parejo so that pass alone took out 3 Bayern players.

you're making me write essay. grin grin grin grin
Coach i have a question?

So we should invite a clubless nwakali that hasn't had up to 180 minutes of first team football, a 31 year old Rabiu Ibrahim, relatively unknown Ipabilo, iyayi and whatever to the Super Eagles as what?

To waste another 4 years trying to build a team? Una really deserve Eguavoen. Smh

What are your other options, I want to know them

I like what Chuks said Emery told him when he was about to come on

Just run.....

Simple and direct but shows the absolute faith a manager has in his midfielders to make the big difference and against opponents they are not even an underdog in.

Right now, only Iwobi and Ndidi are such midfielders.

It remains this dragging opponents out of position to make things click.

Chuks also said he watched two hours as instructed by the coach.

We definitely have a man management problem in this SE setup. A coach sees a pacy forward and has no such plans to use that to advantage?

All Chuks has yesternight were just two touches of the ball. Naaaaaahhhhhh!!!

We should not give any inept fellow this SE job again and expect Miracles.

A great manager can even replicate what Mou did with porto in 2004. Doesn't need much stars in his team.

Of course having the right personnel matters.

Staying with almost full concentration against Bayern is not an easy feat.

Finally!! An SE player is in the Semis of the UCL after many years of absence.

It's not just about intelligence it's also about if there are other players around him making forward runs he can pass to.

If it was S.E under Eguavoen and his coaching crew there will be no other player to pass to or the players won't make forward runs they'll just stand by parejo side waiting for him to pass.

And most of the forward players will already be in front waiting for the ball to magically reach them.
That's right! The runs!
Intelligent runs will make even a turd pass to you.

A good example of this is one of Osimhen's goal against Lesotho. Where this former Granada guy was able to give a splitting pass to Osimhen because of the run

It's hightime we incorporate Tijani into the team, if he were already in the team when Ndidi got injured he would have been more useful than Shehu Abdullahi

We have Onyedika, Dele-Bashiru, Alhassan Yusuf. Let's integrate them into the team .. Ndidi and Onyeka can play for the next 4 years. If fit there is also Ejaria, and as defensive midfielder we have Bonke Innocent and Anderson Esiti. For the advanced midfielder spot, Aribo is a must..

Shehu Abdullahi dem go tell us say na utility player just like the way dey used Garba Lawal deceived us and sidelined talented Paschal Karibe Ojigwe who was supposed a direct replacement for Oliseh.

To rePair our midfield, we have to tolerate Players from obscure leageues and see what they can do.
Below are a list of midfielders that we should try in our friendlies. The next friendlies should be used to exPeriment with our midfield

1. Ovie Ejaria
2. Kelechi nwakali
3. Rabiu Ibrahim
4. Alhassan yusuf
5. Iyayi Believe Atiemwen
6. Jack IPalibo
7. James Igbekeme

etc and others i dont know or remember
We dont have many good midfielders in the toP leagues of euroPe but
that does not neccesarily mean they are not good.
in Particular Alhassan Yusuf must be considers as he is doing wll for royal antwerP in Belgium

Kingsley Michael should be considered.

Nwakali has no club and is proven and established mediocrity.

The league that you play in is in general a reflection of your quality, that cannot be totally dismissed.

However, if you are lion in a low level league and club and are outstanding beyond any question then you should be considered.

In this regard , you should able to explain your rational please for this selection
