I have searched on google, no Nigerian footballer goes by Benjamin Tiaminu!

I believe it is a typo. Benjamin Chiemela Fredrick it is!
Ajayi, Ekong and Omeruo are in their 30s. We need freshness in our defense.

I am happy for the Osho invite!

With Dele, the midfield is okay.
Nwakali has not being great for his club in recent weeks. He needs to leave that club asap!

Benjamin Tiaminu is a Nigerian. Benjamin currently plays in Tanzania, a move that he made about a month ago. Prior to that he was playing for Bendel Insurance in the NPFL and is reportedly one of the best defenders in the league.

What position does he play in defense?

Liberia's president son plays for the US. It wouldn't be out of place If he didn't play for us.

Nigeria and Liberia can’t be compared in profile. Nigeria is a heavyweight in African football unlike Liberia.

Hmmm, well, followers of the npfl say the call up was on merit that he was awesome for Bendel insurance and just left for Tanzania last month. It is safe to say he was called on the back on his npfl exploits rather than the Tanzania league, but I would rather Olisah Ndah of Pirates.

What is Moffi's crime gan gan? Chukwueze needs to work on his right leg for God's sake! You can't play at the highest level, one footed in this era! Pulisic has not being outstanding but cos he can use both feet he is able to play anywhere in attack. Chukwueze should get up and work on his right leg.

We are playing Mali and Ghana this international break. Team list is already out.

This Fulham team is good! Damn. Tosin struck the post-- a defender in attacking position. I like that

TheGoodJoe:

Coaches always, especially, if they are actively involved in the development of the players. It comes in the contract from the clubs. 5% of the transfer fee is for development history. It is called Development fee. Kelechi Nwakali's academy put Emmanuel Amunike's name, because he played an active role in the development, to share it with the coaches.

It is very normal.
Any proof for this bold statement And that it is ethical to do so?

First time call-up for Gabriel Osho πŸ¦…πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬

The Luton FC center-back has been a mainstay in defence for the Hatters since joining them in 2021.

He's registered 16 Premier League appearances this season with two goals to his name.

not really different if you think about it. Even worse Weah is a Liberian football legend, jay jay is a Nigerian football legend, weah is a ballon d'or winner, jay jay is NOT a ballon d'or winner. Weah was a PRESIDENT OF LIBERIA, okocha's highest admin position was the chairman of Delta state fa. When you consider how much influence weah has in Liberia, his own son not playing for his homeland should have been a big deal but it's not. The boateng, alcantara and pogba brothers all play for different countries. The nephew of our legend not playing for us wouldn't be that much of a deal in my opinion.

He is not.

There is something I need you to clarify. Did Amunike specifically demanded for that percentage or was the money given as a 'gift'?
Some things are not illegal or legal. They are simply unethical. If you are in a privileged position, you don't do certain things.

A friend of mine once told me that after he graduated. He bought shirts and went to dash his Oyibo lecturer. The man refused to collect them. Because such things are deemed unethical abroad.

No mind me. I just believe TheGoodJoe is too smart for the argument he's making. It's however very revealing sha, cause it shows we may all have blind spots that will see us take ridiculous stands when thr person/people concerned is who we like.
Naaa he argues to win. It has nothing to do with the merit or demerit of your or his own position.
