What exactly do you mean by "not coming on"? Does the screen turn on but it's stuck on boot screen or nothing happens despite pressing power key for 10-15 seconds?

If it's not coming on then it's obviously not flashed successfully

What device model do you have?

Phew.... Like I wrote earlier I already called and I might not be able to go to their office to make purchase buh the guy I spoke to said I should pay before it will be delivered. Since you said you bought the phone from Kelvintech, did you pay before the phone was delivered to you?
And u can also do it this way... u tell them u pay half of the money when the phone gets delivered u pay the rest

I have gone to many engineers but they said they didn't have the file.. I have tried flashing it myself but all to no avail

if anyone here knows an engineer who specialises on it, pls refer....Or if anyone is interested in buying it like that, Im willing to sell

The phone gets stucked at mi logo .

I currently have MIUI 8 China Stable Version....

I just want to flash it to get out of the bootloop.... But when I tried, the elapsed time on the flash tool continues loading till 3000 and does not end even when the progress bar is full

I hope you flashed the right rom for your device? With the similarities in the names is quite easy to get things mixed up.

Checkup this link, it's for locked bootloader. Hope yours is? It should get it fixed

Vosquare,i downloaded another rom, flashed the rom with the sp flash tools that was in d rom after unzipping,it was successful this time around but the phone wont turn on :-
Before flashing it, did u press volume down key with the power button and plug d USB?

I called on my friend to help me.. I held down d power button with the volume down key, told him to press d download on the sp flash tool then asked him to plug the usb cord... That was how mine worked

That's where you're wrong. SP Tool will flash anything thrown at it provided it's in the correct format. Not to scare you though wink

Use that last link and don't forget to share your testimonies, least I forget the first boot can take upwards of 5 to 10 minutes plus to complete

That's price for Redmi 4 32gb which just released

Xiaomi Redmi 4 is different from Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro 32gb

What happened to your phone is really strange. If you were initially on stable rom and you want to update to a higher version of the same stable rom, I see no reason why that you give any problem. I suspect you have twrp recovery. Please tell us the initial rom on the phone, the rom you downloaded to flash, i.e fastboot or recovery and the steps you used to flash the phone that resulted in a bootloop.

Which should I go for the Redmi note 4 (3gb Ram/64gb)MTK Or the Redmi note 3 (3gb Ram/32gb)SNAPDRAGON and link to buy online. Note kullimart or Konya or jumia cos their prices are to high.

Depends on your budget. Both are almost identical. If you must buy the rn3 snapdragon, make sure it's the Taiwanese version, it supports more LTE bands. The note 4 is also good, though it is designed for the Chinese market, the Chinese rom seems to be better.
