Reason why I detest SCB now is because of their poor customer service. Annoying lots bro. Do you know I sent a mail to complain about a service since 1st June, 2020 and they are yet to reply. I even sent a reminder 3 days after, they didn't reply. On complaining to them on Twitter, they said I should sent a mail to them, forgetting that I already did. Na so I tell dem say, both the first mail and reminder mail wey I send, dem no reply till now. They asked for my email to cross-check, and that they'll get back to me within 2 business days. Their 2 business days never reach till now. I just hate poor customer service. Na correct customer service be the first thing wey I dey always look out for in any service that I want to make use of.
