Oga Blueband, Bros Wanajo, OC Roughfcut, Madam Windy and etal,

Abg, any info/update on Japaul. Na so I dey pray everyday for the stock to go on BID but , Make I discharge them all now find somthing else enter.

@Blueband,

Are u saying  it's wise to enter TRANSCORP now?

Thanks.

Well as you might have heard on this thread the PO shares will be listed this march so if you have made a profit you can offload and peeps seems to think that the only reason it would gain traction in terms of price moving up north is the bonus of a rumour but you know that will be suicidal to do a bonus after listing the PO shares unless the listed shares do not qualify.

If you have made profit you can disembark now or sweat on this one for a while!

As you might have noticed a lot of stocks have been recommended in the last couple of hours for you to enter.

CAVEAT EMPTY repete!

Ikeja hotels, I used to have but have since sold. Forward P/E based on a projected PAT of 649 (which they projected in their prospectus) is 22, which is fair in comparison to the other valuations we're seeing in the sector. Infact considering that they've already done 632m PAT in their 9months of FY07, I'm thinking that a more realistic projected PAT will be about 800, bringing forward P/E to about 17. Although the caveat here, as easimoni has been pointing out, is that they might make a loss in their final quarter (I seriously doubt that though).

It's a very solid fundamental stock. I'm not sure it's good for cico, but if you're into anything other than cico, it's a BUY. From TA though, it looks like there was some heavy selling on Mar.3 and 4 and some heavy buying in the two days subsequent to that. Yesteday and today looks like the stock experienced some selling pressure. Results should be out around July (i'm guessing here) and if it's anything better than what they projected (and suspect it will be), the share price should head north -- esp. if there are good rewards to back up the results. Now seems a good time to buy, if you're in for the medium term. I don't foresee it falling any more significantly that it already has. As usual, caveat plenti.

E be like say I go commot now o. Happy investing everyone. cheesy

So there goes your answer mecatchcha but like i said the bonus issue is still a rumour but you know rumours drive the prices on NSE!

Peeps buy on RUMOUR and sell on NEWS or is it the other way round? I'm not saying you should do the same though grin grin grin grin grin

For all the people with a reddish-looking portfolio…It depends on how you look at it!

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went on a camping trip. After a good meal and a bottle of wine,
they were exhausted and went to sleep in their tent. Some hours later, Holmes awoke and nudged his faithful friend.
“Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see.” Watson replied, “I see millions and
millions of stars.” “What does that tell you?” Holmes said. Watson pondered for a minute.

“Astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo.
Timewise, I deduce that the time is approximately a quarter past three.
Theologically, I can see that The lord is all powerful and that we are small and insignificant.
Meteorologically, I suspect that we will have, a beautiful day tomorrow.
What does it tell you?”

Holmes was silent for a minute, then spoke. “Watson, you idiot, Someone has stolen our tent.”

That is what brought the attraction. The volumes surfaced from nowhere in the last few days and peaked at 134K today. A rare feat for Chellarams.

I think the general mood of the market may be creating panic selling but then it appears to have lost selling pressure today. This is a company that grew PAT by more than 200% PAT last year and has a trailing PE of around 20x. It it grows PAT by just 25%, the forward PE becomes 16x.

With only 240M shares listed, I want to see this as a good one to enter.
