This could have been a good work, but u need work on the HDRI, the environment and the brightness of the render settings, u see that we can't see anything on d second picture except for the green grass, th main building is too dark...

memory does not involve sound, smell or taste, but how do we represent these in floor plan?

As an architect you have to connect optimal
function with great design and have to wait for at least 10 years to get a feed back loop using Post Occupancy Evaluation of users like and dislikes and how to make better buildings with more user satisfaction....

The Life of an Architect is full of rules , constraints and twist,

chai,if you're familiar with Archicard, i would have suggest you create your own moldings(Concrete fascia) with it,than Using this regular two/three step sir.

During rendering, our utmost desire is to capture one Perspective (Might be front,back,left,right)
you understand?
