Tplshams:This could have been a good work, but u need work on the HDRI, the environment and the brightness of the render settings, u see that we can't see anything on d second picture except for the green grass, th main building is too dark... Keep it up... thumbs up... |

Architecture can be described as a compromise between aesthetics and practicality. A lot of glass is beautiful, but in most climates, it's also an expensive, planet destroying waste of fossil fuels. The more sculptural a building is, the less square feet of useful floor space you get, and so on Architecture is creating memories, but which memory does not involve sound, smell or taste, but how do we represent these in floor plan? As an architect you have to connect optimal function with great design and have to wait for at least 10 years to get a feed back loop using Post Occupancy Evaluation of users like and dislikes and how to make better buildings with more user satisfaction.... The Life of an Architect is full of rules , constraints and twist, I'm proud to be a member of a professional elites that not only shape the environment but also affect cultures. |

MidasTouche01: A slightly curved floor area for the void would be really nice. Having maybe Clestory windows on the void area would make the elevation(right) look nice too. But, generally, great stuff Boss. |

MidasTouche01: Nice concept! chai,if you're familiar with Archicard, i would have suggest you create your own moldings(Concrete fascia) with it,than Using this regular two/three step sir. good design. colour combinations cool.. Blue/white? yellow/white blue? Your roof colour looks dull.(my take) Your rendering? fantastic! Environment?( Little upgrading) 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: Architects' Corner: Models And 3D Fair by Nobody: 12:22am On Jul 30, 2016 |
Tplshams: Ah ah Oga!. your environment is dull, you know why? ok. Next time, Position your design in an angular form. During rendering, our utmost desire is to capture one Perspective (Might be front, back, left, right) you understand? The colours looks dull, Roof colour is dull. when rendrring, try and show We your client the approach view.( exactly) Have you heard about environmental architecture? Oh yes ,that's when Estate management comes to mind. Errrm look at your environment. You don't just position Trees/Cars . you plan/create it. nice design! You're good. |

Tplshams: Sketch Up ! Sketch Up ! Nice view but worth it. You're good with Archicard? If yes, Archicard is a better option for this kind of design. Have you heard about Atlantis? Oh jigijigi. It's a killer in Rendering. 1 Like |
