I am not APC supporter or PDP fan,since the oil has been selling @ $50 per barrel which is $12 over as speculated.Av you forgotten that FG can't meet 2.2million output BPD as it was assumed in 2016 budget due to NDA activities.It has reduced to almost 1mil BPD,is that not deficit despite $50 mill BPD??
