Like i always say, the only thing a doctor trained in Nigeria can properly diagnose is Malaria and typhoid.

Even the malaria and typhoid cannot be properly diagnose. I remember when my cousin was having schrizrophenia (I'm not sure I got the spelling). The first hospital we took him to told us it was typhoid and collected 50k to treat. Only for us to get home and everything starts all over. How we got the solution is another long story.
