You can get fat behind your back, it's a gradual process. You get fat because you don't eat like a normal person should it and don't exercise like a normal person. You get fat because you're lazy and greedy! And everyone knows being fat issnt attractive.

Eat the right ammount of food you need like a normal person. No one can say stuffs like that to my fam members cos they eat healthy.
