Do you think she’s good enough to be part of the Olympics squad? (If we qualify)

Difficult task for her, Let her settle in her new Club in Europe first then she can gradually play her way into the National Team Set up… But for now there’s no way she’s beating Ayinde, Ucheibe and Abeodun to any spot… She still have Otu, Mbadi to battle out too

I literally saw a lot of comments on Facebook where Cameroonian fans were complaining about meeting Nigeria in the Olympics Games Qualifier… They were like Nigeria Again😂😂😂

Favour Chinagorom Emmanuel (21yrs)
The former Bayelsa Queens Defensive Midfielder literally left a void in the Midfield for them moving over to Russian Side Lokomotive Moscow..

A lot of Potential and arguably a Player I’m looking forward to seeing in the SuperFalcons team in the nearest future..

Why Russia though? Italy or Mexico would have been a better option.

You guys seems to underrate this Russian League, the Pay is very good there too…To be Sincere Is way above average, I will rate them of the same level with the Belgium, Swiss, Austria Danish and Scottish League side.. Better than Turkey, Belarus, Israel etc.

Rasheedat Ajibade look so exhausted in this game,

Fatigued🙄

Pls we have Cameroon to play, the Coach better bring her out before or @70 minutes to get rest..!
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 5:50pm On Feb 18
Super Falcons attacker Rasheedat Ajibade has become a centenarian at Atletico Madrid women’s team after playing her 100th game for the club today.

Atletico lost 2-0 to Barca in a Liga F clash, but Ajibade was celebrated for achieving the milestone of representing the club for long time.

She joined them in January 1, 2021 from Avaldnes IL of Norway and debuted five days later against Rayo Vallecano.

See what I was saying just a few days ago. Really do hope she gets playing time here. No point changing clubs if she won't be playing.

Portland Thorns is one of the most successful NWSL Championship club, Portland Thorns FC are a regular top4 teams in the NWSL and the squad currently boost of top names like Nigeria/Danish born defender Isabella Obaze who recently joined them and retired US National Team Left Back Meghan Klingenberg. 4 🇺🇸 internationals Becky Sauerbrunn, Olivia Moultrie, Samantha Coffey, Sophia Smith, 3 🇨🇦 National Team Starters Legendary Christine Sinclair, Jessie Fleming, Janine Beckie and few others names from 🇯🇵, Mexico 🇲🇽 etc..

I just hope she gets the Playing time cause that’s the major reason she’s going there on Loan from PSG.! Her National team Career have also been affected because of Lack of game time at Clublevel.. Anyways all the best Cause this one na from one Big Club to another..

She will definitely learn one or two playing alongside seasoned defenders like Meghan Klingenberg and Becky Sauerbrunn at Portland. A player of her quality doesn’t need the bench at all, Imagine our quickest Fullback!

Our very own Lucy Bronze, She can’t have this kind of talent and stay on the bench… Not at all. Good thing is she’s versatile can play on both flanks as a Fullback or a Winger.

Not sure this was a good move or decision on her part...

The issue for me is, as you rightly pointed out, this Portland team is stacked and a perenial title contender. So, it would be an even greater challenge for her to break into this team.
With PSG, she had started to make some inroads into the first 11 and had a couple of starts under her belt. With Portland, she starts from ground zero and there is no guarantee she would make headway into the starting 11.

A team like PSG cross town rivals, Paris FC, would have been most ideal for her progression.

Exactly My thoughts breaking into the Portland Thorn Starting Lineup is also the same as breaking into PSG, Lyon, Chelsea and Arsenal Starting 11…, Portland Thorn is a big team and a regular title Winner and Contender in the NWSL, with the Caliber of Players they have. I just hope she will be able to break into the Starting 11…

Her major asset is her Athleticism which the NWSL is known for, anyway let’s hope.!

Paris 2024 Olympics:Njoya Ajara to miss Cameroon’s super clash against Nigeria

Indomitable Lionesses forward Nchout Njoya Ajara will miss Cameroon’s double header Paris 2024 Olympic qualifier clash against eternal rivals, the Super Falcons of Nigeria.

The 31-year-old former Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan striker was one of six strikers selected by coach Jean Baptiste Bisseck selected for the crunch tie, but unfortunately will miss the fourth round contest.

A reliable Cameroonian Journalist Joseph Varlery Fotso revealed that the Al Qadsiah of Saudi Arabia forward informed the medical team of the national team of her unavailability and the staff has opted to hand a late call to current Guinness Super League top scorer, Kameni Alice Flore of FC Ebolowa. The nature of Ajara’s injury is yet to be disclosed.
