I'll advice u reduce price to $250-350 range.
And honestly 30-40 user emails is too low. Try 60-100+ if possible

Hello house, i got a mail from an end user about 11pm last night informing me that he has purchased my domain with his credit card via DAN.com,but the said domain is still showing buy now with an offfer.i have just sent him a mail requesting that he send me a snapshot of the purchase receipt from Dan. i have also created a lead in my DAN sales page with the buyer information .is there anything else i can do regarding this issue ?

let him clear cache and cookies of his browser or use another, you can equally visit the domain to confirm

That's the way it is... And I believe their selection of unregistered names is more curated, compared to seller-owned names. All my unregistered names which i submitted got rejected.

Well just make do with what you are given... Strive to own the names you submit. I believe we will all be better off.
