I think women need to be more confident in themselves and listen less to the Oohs and the ahhhs. Dont take us seriously. Ive seen more skinny girls in happier relationships than their shapely cointerparts.
If a woman goes to enhance her looks via surgery tuen I think she is the one with the low self esteem and should get some help quick
