Nice

Got this picture from USNews.

The list is a fair summation of the cities where the average cost of living is low. The likes of Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta and Temecula could have made the list, but they are all CA cities.

ok. How long has yer Bhuarai been in for? When is next voting?

And how do u handle water in 9ja? Is theree state water boards?
who addresses water issues?

Buhari is here till 2019, we hve waterboards, they are deserts. We pump our own water. I dont even know if we have a minister or commissoner for that. And I am sure there is an annual budget but it will be heavily embezzled, We dont hold them accountable. We just go and pump our own water. Then the idi.ot commissioner will donate boreholes to communities from the money he embezzled and and we celebrate them. Imagine such! I'm even angry sef

Nope, it is an entirely different ball game

and who is putting pressure on them 2 fix it?
Who is in charge?
how does the board work? Do u the people vote them in?

Nobody votes them in, truth is we are no longer interested in how they get into office. It is all a fraud. Just google elections in rivers state, or rivers rerun, you see a lot of violence we the elecorate just stay away from voting. Then they position themselves in there and loot the system dry while we look away because we dont want to be killed.

Anyone who dares they system at the local level may not survive to tell the story

H1B visa, can only be gotten if you get a job in US and the employer files for you. It is almost impossible to get because it has a limit of 10k people that it can take in a year, Infact it is lottery

Student visa, If you study a STEM course, you may be lucky to get a 3 years stay after graduation if you work with the field. STEM is Science Technical Engineering and Mathematics.

Also there are some H1-B cap exempted jobs.

Just been observing. I would enjoy encourage anyone to visit the US... but it seems soooo many of us are bent on going there to live at all costs. Somebody earlier proudly posted...5 Best Cities to Live in the US.... I can assure you.... not for a Black and even worse... a Black immigrant. We should ask ourselves.... how did America get this good and how many years it took them to get to this point. Americans never sat and wait for those in charge to do the right thing.... it was always pressure from the people...from the bottom...we need to read up a little sef on American history... especially The Civil Rights Movement... then take a page out of there book. Even today... we learned about Blacklivesmatter.... that's yet another struggke... another fight to make things right. What fight are we in?..do we ever use so I'll media to bring about change?...instead we sit in front of our TV and be brainwashed with all the propaganda flowing from CNN. Bottom line... like Gummy said earlier... we need to put pressure on our leaders... we need to fix our own house instead of running to live in the comfort of someone else's.

And here is what you dont know
different strokes for different folks
What works for you isnt what works for others
There are people whose Treasures is Abroad, they need to travel abroad to mke it, some others, their destinies is here in Nigeria. As long as there are People, there will always be immigrants and emmigrants
What you think is not what i think! you mentioned #BlacklivesMatter, And from your comment it seems you have this LOW SELF esteem as a Black man, sorry dude, but for me, my skin is nothing but an Organ, my skin isnt going to stop me from becoming who i want to be when i go to America( by God's Grace) neither will it stop me from becoming the Mayor of the city i will live.
Whats the difference between White and Black disparity in USA and Tribalism in Nigeria?
White-Black Disparity is even better because there are laws and Agencies guiding and fighting against such, but Tribalism OYO..
So, Bros Keep such opinons of urs to yourself next time, You can start PRESSURIZING your GOVERNOR, who knows, other like minded individuals will join your course. LET THOSE OF US THAT WANT TO RELOCATE BE
Thank you

And how you figured I have a low self esteem?...is it because I mentioned #BlacklivesMatter? Help me understand how you read my comment and jumped to this confusion.

Bros like the Oracle Dephi "MAN KNOW THY SELF" i know myself better than you know me.
And for the question of " how i knew my treasure is Abroad" i will reply by still saying " Man know thy self" you know what you like, same with me...I know what floats my boats and will work for me.NOBODY WILL TELL YOU WHAY YOU LIKE
E.g A friend Graduated and couldnt get a Job for 5years, he played Visa lottery and won, now his doing very well in USA now..How will you describe that?

And for the low self esteem go back to your comment and read this line "Somebody earlier proudly posted...5 Best Cities to Live in the US.... I can assure you.... not for a Black and even worse... a Black immigrant"

What makes you think, what favours a "WHITE MAN" wont favour you?
Do you believe you are Less human not to Enjoy and Benefit what the WHITES enjoy?? a suvery was carried out and some places where considered Best for living and you are here talking Black man

LIMITATIONS ONLY EXIST IN THR MIND. It has to do with making yourself useful, there ate many Nigerians that go to America and become Full time employers of Labour
They employ and FEED these "EDUCATED AND HIGHLY TRAINNED WHITE MEN"
Bros Use your tongue to count your teeth

I don't believe I am less human neither do I believe I am superior to anyone. I wish you sell everything you have and relocate to one of those cities... or even better than those...Dubai.

But you can do the same in Nigeria... which has been ilvugummybearz point from the beginning of this conversation. Why develop the US even further if you have the ability and mentality to start chains of businesses? Why not in Nigeria?

because the country is not sane.INSANITY EVERYWHERE.
No basic amenties that will favour businesses.

Imagine starting a Bottle water making factory in Nigeria, with the epileptic power when you consider how much you will be spending on your Power Plant, you will wonder how much profits you are getting

Or lets say i own a Farm, if i caluculate the cost of transporting my Goods from Farm to the market with the bad roads and constant hike in fuel prices etc, you will also wonder how much profit am making.

Our leaders know what is right but they will never do it,
They all have businesses abroad,
Even the so called " Nigerian Billionaires have business abroad"
E.g Mike Adenuga has many Casinos in Las vegas
Lucky Igbinedion has Oil companies in SA.
To mention but a few
Provide basic amenities, the leaders of the Zoo will not.

The whole system is screwed up, even the Education sector,
The Children of the commissioners for Education are all abroad schooling
Even the children of Local govt chairmen are schooling abroad
They go abroad to give birth to get foregin citizenship
So What does that tell you? The Leaders dont even have HOPE in the country they are serving.
I can go on and on

Usually, you'll see that those that are complaining about the country are those that are having a hard time doing well in the system, for one reason or another. Be it lack of education or not hard working, not legal, etc. If you are legal, have the proper education, and can work hard, you will do well.
and usually the its the 1s who want 2 flee ta another country who lack the will or care and /or are 2 lazy 2 put in effort to make their country as good as the 1 they ran 2

u and those who liked yer post and hold yer mindset of relocation are only thinking of yer Own comfort undecided
so the state of affairs in a country is no matter .

U want a ready made country to live in undecided
and u have the audacity to speak on the laziness and lack of effort of lower tear America's

. u just like em!!!!! Not putting in effort to improve.

Nigerian can be good . She is already developing . instead of fantasizing about moving abroad 2 America while bashing the lower classes of her citizens

why don't u vote better and put in effort 2 make yer country more livable undecided
