How? Explain pls. You dont just say someone is wrong without giving reasons.

So you mean to say Appeal court will rule on a matter and then hold back execution of such ruling?? Does it make sense? Then why expedite hearing and 'judgement delivery'on the matter??

After Appeal court gives its judgement, to stay execution of such judgement, the loosing parties has to approach the Supreme court.

You cannot rule in favour of someone and then tie the hands of the person from enjoying the fruits of the judgment. Its only a higher court that can do that.

After the Supreme Court ruling yesterday which order that the Appeal Court Panel to expeditiously determine all the matters and cases concerning the Governorship Candidate of PDP in the forthcoming Ondo State governorship election.

The Appeal Court further stated 3pm yesterday for continuation of the Judgement set to be delivered last Friday and further hearings of other matters. however due to some logistics reasons, the hearing was further postponed to today.

The Judgment is reserved for 12:00 noon today,

stayed tuned for further proceedings from the Appeal Court, Abuja Division.

You are very correct young lady. Surprised he's not being investigated for his many fraudulent practises. In a way, the banking industry has helped him perpetuate these things as well.

If our judicial system is working, Akeredolu should have been barred from contesting the election with the massive rigging during the primaries. And with APC internal crisis, the party should have been barred from participating in Ondo state until aggrieved cases are settled in court where Abraham would have been the winner.
