Calling them will be the best option, sincerely i don't do withdraw to Bank.
but i think it's possible, add naira bank details den withdraw to Bank, your money will come in Naira.
after 3-5 business days or so but selling to exchangers like myself make it faster

Another alternative is to go any UBA branch and get a UBA africard. Ask them for international high card. You must not have an account with uba before they give it to you.
Then add it to your skrill account and withdraw via that card. Skrill will charge you 7.5 percent of any amount you withdraw. Once it land on your card go to uba atm machine and withdraw on a better rate of 360# depending on the current exchange.
