after just sitting at home and missing school for some days, i was feeling so elevated in spirit the following day that i woke up earlier than usual, i prepared and left for lectures. when i got to school, it was as expected scanty cos it was still before 7 am. i arranged the classroom and sat down at my usual spot to read the news with my phone, there was nothing interesting in the news that day, so i was just sitting idle in the class, when i remembered that i haven't spoken to Vivian fora while now. i brought out my phone to call her but before the phone could ring, i decided against calling her since she would probably be coming to school that day.

Little did i know that a lot already happened within the short period of my unavailability. it was now 8 o'clock and people were now gradually coming to school, first to enter the class was Nkechi, we greeted each other and she was now asking me why i hadn't come to school for some time now i lied to her that i was sick, she said okay, i wanted to ask her about Vivian, but i didn't want to spark jealousy in her since she was a woman as well, so i decided to wait till my goons came so i can ask them. the reason for my being skeptical was that she hadn't also called me since my absence, secondly, Gloria too, was yet to call me since my absence.

the first lecture we were supposed to have that day was sociology and it was to hold by 9 am, but it was after 9 am and we still didn't see the lecturer nor did i see vivian come to class, just when we wer about turning the class room into a market place cos we already lost all hopes of having that lecture that day, i saw Vivian carrying a set of books that i was sure wasnt hers into the classroom, she saw me but didnt even look at me like she knew me, she went straight to the lecturers table and dropped the books she was carrying, while i was sitting mute, not really understanding what was going on,. just some mins later our HOD came to the class and asked me to see him later. after he left, the sociology lecturer whom we used to assume was the strictest lecturer in school came into the class and said "course rep, where is my marker?" i was about standing up cos then i was still reppin all the courses , when Vivian still sitting told him "its inside the car", the man laughing sheepishly, told her "you have the car keys na, go and get it" Vivian stood and left the class room only to come back minutes later and give the lecturer some marker.

the lecture ended and the lecturer left, while vivian also left with her, still carrying the stuffs she brought into the class for him
the day was over, i left for the HOD'S office only to get there and be told that he just left the office, i called him on the phone and he told me he wouldn't be coming to school till next week, he now summoned me to come to his house at Maryland, inside me i was furious with confusion,,,asking myself why would this man summon me to his own home, but i told myself that i will soon find out. i went back to class room, locked it up and was on my way down stairs when i sighted Vivian been driven down the lecturers office block in his car, probably they went outside the school and are just coming back.

when i got home, there was no one at home, just when i finished eating, my phone rang, and it was james, i picked up and was hailing him on the phone, i was just about asking him when he was coming, when he cut me short and told me that he just arrived enugu, that i should send him my address, i was so excited that i forgot all my escapades that day.
i sent him the address and,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,stay tuned
