I still blame PDP for signing off our distribution company to their members who arent capable of delivering meters or transformers, without no buy back clause in the agreement.

All the FG are trying to do now is force an hostile takeover, by increasing the number of FG directors on their board, and perhaps they can force themself to be voted to head the Governing board through every means.

Privatisation of the power sector has been a colossal failure. The federal government should retrieve the discos by any means possible. They are not interested in giving people electricity rather they just want to make a killing with outrageous bills.

Taraba is among the states listed for Ruga. Even Jalingo the capital of Taraba is a fulani word. Fulani are well-rooted in Taraba. 2 out of the 3 senators in the state are fulani and members of APC.

There is a part of Plateau state owned by the fulani. Wase LGA to be precise, where they even have an emir. The Ruga could have been sited there.

too many people are ignorant of Nigerian law... only a state government can issue a land to any one,... if Federal Government got a land in benue then hold Ortom responsible, and if he acts dumb, make your state lawmakers threaten him with impeachment.

If you dont know anything about the laws governing you, often times you act wrongly thinking you are acting rightly... Protest should be lead to the Governors offices and State Assemblies or else FG would be unstoppable

PDP should leave the yoruba nation alone. You won't offer them the Presidency which they can use to effect the expected changes to the structure of the country that allows loopholes. So allow them to stick with APC where their future shines ever so bright. The end justifies the means.

You are right though. Despite his abysmal performance in his first term, you have to acknowledge his political sagacity so far. He has rooted APC firmly in kogi state. The kerosene governor in abia state is no better but got a second term.

PDM has a promising case on paper but the justices will use common sense to settle this matter. I expect INEC to dig deep and find something they can hold against PDM.
