Tuface can protest because he thinks he is some sort of populist but the fact remains he is known to have hobnobbed with some of the most corrupt elements in Nigeria's history.

His protest will eventually fizzle out after the fun and games are over.

The task of repairing the rot in Nigeria will continue and the likes of Tuface and his acolytes will have to find a new trick in the book.
