Seems you are just facinated that you share height, state of origin, b/day etc in common, this does not guarantee anything.
You can't tell it is love until you have really gotten close enough to know her.
Just tell her you are interested in getting to know her better.

romantic, but I think you can't truly "love" someone the first time you see them.
but I do not believe you can fall in love with someone at first sight. but I do believe that
