zynellsmum: Forget the fact that he started it. If it was in eastern Nigeria u can make ur dog Mohammed all I care, but u are in a Moslem country and name ur dog Mohammad. Even if the man that named his dog ibere did not attack him, other core Muslims will still attack him. It's just like going Malaysia or Iran and then name ur dog Muhammad. |

I have nice Igbo people as friends and neighbors but (no thanks to other igbo people) I can't help the thought that the Igbo race has the most mischievous, useless, trouble-monging, idiotic, terrorist pieces of trash people in the world.... If I had the opportunity that Igbo bastard would publicly flogged mercilessly and dragged in the gutter.... How can you give you Dog that kind of name, tomorrow they say Muslims/housas are intolerant. They should come and name their dog Sango/Awolowo/Jesus/Jehova in Ibadan/Lagos or Ekiti let's see the out come. Idiots. In the north their children are allowed to have CRK classes and pray their own way during assembly But In the East and South-south muslim children are forced to pray and dress like christians So tell me who is more tolerant? |

hausa man looks for trouble, igbo man warns him,he continues,he retaliates, yorubas come online to judge case and as usual, the igbo man is at fault. its always the fault of the igbos. what baffles me is the hate on igbos, for peace to reign,he says he wants to form his country where he sells, drugs, operates baby factories as the northerners and the yorubas always scream online here.yet you say he should stay. wtf is wrong with black people? 1 Like |

greenhulk:Many people commenting here have never gone past Abuja, never had to go and hide in Military barracks when trouble starts, never had to worry about shelter during religiously motivated crisis. They are arguing based on some kind of sanity, But they don't know that all these people care about is their religion and they are not as educated as we keyboard warriors. Heck, some keyboard warriors have this mentality! Its very easy to look for an aboki's trouble, just mention religious issuesand even your best friend will kill you for this! Common sense is needed in a lawless land. |

Lordsocrates:Dude,i went through your post and I see you bashing igbos, it ain't right, you are entitled to your opinion but you shouldn't add up to the already existing division in the country in terms of tribe, every tribe has its good and bad, so don't generalise. I served in eket and I must say, I saw the good and bad, and I am igbo |

Goldeno:Absolute balderdash!!! Just make your hatred for the Igbos known and not hide behind the "I have Igbos as friends!" mantra. I wonder if you read the story. In fact, you didn't because if you did, you wouldn't have said the above rubbish you incompetent oaf!!! Someone starts something, another retaliates after trying to reason with the offender which proved futile and you come online to call the tribe of the person who retaliates names. Tell the bolded rubbish to those who haven't lived up North. Cretinous dork!!! 1 Like |

adimsmt:I understand and your points perfectly, but then again, you would agree with me that wisdom is profitable to direct. And as much as we are all Nigerians and could choose to go anywhere in the country, you would also agree with me that there are places where you would feel out of place and accepted mostly. That was what I meant in my previous post. It is stupidity when you thousand kilometers away from home but choose to ignore all warnings because you can't stand being insulted. It makes no sense. Dwelling among a people that are not directly from where you are from requires a whole lot of wisdom because everything bothers on orientation. Insult is not worth losing one's life over. |

Goldeno:A witness Aminu Ibrahim said trouble started when one Muhammad bought a dog and allegedly named it Ibere after an Igbo trader. “Since the boy named the dog after the trader, the trader had warned him on several occasions to rename the dog, but the owner of the dog Muhammad refused. The Igbo trader, Ibere also bought a dog and named it Muhammad, this is when all hell was let loose,” the witness said. Is that statement so difficult for you to comprehend? The witness was Aminu Ibrahim(Afonjas like you) at least him get sense small interpret that matter well |

Diplomaticbeing: It all boils down to background and up bringing. Folks from the East don't have much regards for peace and tranquility, they tends to attend everything masculine-wise. Why would you retaliate (in a religious) violent prone land when you know its your kinsfolk that would bear the most brunt should mayhem ensued? I really don't get this our Eastern brothers and their: Hard-way-the-only-way instincts. You may possess the right in naming your dog Donald Trump (for all we care) but you know dam well our government or system can't protect you when the hammer comes down on you. |
