It is called consent. You must obtain consent from the patient or whoever is acting on his/her behalf. You don't force treatment on people, you must receive their permission if they are capable or the husband in this case.

I informed them that I would be recalling the items if no action was taken. I sent a copy of my official complaint against UPS to all those corrupt agencies in Nigeria. Two days later, the DSS officer called to inform me that the laptops had been sent back to UPS for delivery to my office in Nigeria.
