We can go on pin pointing few educated ones here and there, the fact still remains that the lack of quality education goes hand in hand with terrorism too. If the bulk of citizens are properly educated, it would be easier. Take the northern part of Nigeria as an example. The sole blame is not on illiteracy, but it's a factor.
