The Vitamin C we don't synthesize, we get from things like tomato and citrus. That was why GOD gave Adam fruits to eat in Eden.

Everything abnormal and undesirable didn't exist in the perfect world GOD created. Leaves didn't decay. Everything was perfect. Sin came in, and brought death and decay.
