No, we don't twerk. It isn't Habesha culture.
Some southern Ethiopians may, but I don't know for sure.

No, they aren't. Ethiopian Jews are called Bete Israel.

Habesha are Amhara, Tigray, Gurage and Harer Ethiopian people.

Although the basic Eskista is the same throughout Ethiopia, there is slight difference from region to region and zone to zone. Tigray Eskista is different from Amhara Eskista. Within Amhara, Wollo, Wage Himera, Gojjam, Gondar and Shewa Eskistas have slight differences.

No, we don't speak Swahili.
There are two types of raw meat dish among Habeshas. The typical(Amhara and Tigray) raw meat dish is simple raw meat with a special spice called "Mitemita". It's not advisable for children's.
Gurage raw meat dish called "Kitfo" is a special type. It's very delicious and any age groups can eat it.

It's very delicious and you should definitely try it.
