I mentioned Okezie for his effort at rebranding Aba, and Abia state in general and for his effort at infrastructural development in Aba so far, he has started a trend that if sustained and continued Aba will rival major cities like Lagos, Abuja, PH, or will you say he failed in these aspects?

Capital projects can come when there is some form of stability and balance not just of resources or the economy, but in the mindset of the people too. So I think he is doing well in this regards.
