Not pride. Dude, It's a common sense thing with patience. Upload your picture, create threads on different sections and make meaningful contributions on other people's threads. Do this for like three months or more, then politely ask for the girl's email or number, you have a higher chance of getting positive reply because you will appear serious and responsible.
